InvestEU is an EU financial programme that supports investment projects by providing guarantees to banks and financial partners, helping organisations access loans and financing in areas such as sustainability, innovation, and cultural and creative sectors.

There are no fixed loan amounts. Financing depends on project size and intermediary. The EU provides guarantees to mobilise larger investments.

Flexible, depending on the investment project and financing agreement.

Medium:
- Less complex than EU grants
- But requires financial viability, business plans and negotiation with financial institutions
Regularity of calls
No traditional calls for projects. Financing is available on a rolling basis through partner institutions.
