Curva is a multidisciplinary project by CIRCUITO aimed at transforming Portugal’s musical programming by promoting diversity, inclusion, and representation. Selected as one of 27 initiatives in the European Livemx program, it offers training and mentorship sessions for programmers from CIRCUITO’s 21 venues, led by experts in diversity and inclusion. The project will produce an online manual of best practices and culminate in a collaborative festival across CIRCUITO venues, showcasing the impact of the training. Curva focuses on amplifying underrepresented artists, such as women, trans individuals, and BIPOC, fostering a more inclusive cultural environment.
